Mental Health Resources

I have compiled the resources below to support people who are Black, Indigenous, or People of Color in accessing therapy and other forms of wellness support/care. The list below includes resources that I have personally used and/or resources that I have heard people that I'm in community with vouch for. If you have a negative experience with any of the organizations listed below, please let me know so that I can do my part in ensuring that this list is truly supportive of people's needs and as safe as possible. If there are resources that you think should be on this list that aren't currently here, please reach out and let me know.

I'd love to co-create this resource bank with you! I look forward to updating and expanding this page as I discover more resources and opportunities.
